Degree in Law from the University of Salamanca.

She has been a partner of the firm since 2006.

In the commercial field, she is secretary and vice-secretary of companies from the most diverse sectors throughout Spain, intervening in their day-to-day contractual and corporate life, as well as in internationalisation, restructuring and refinancing processes.

She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (both from a buying and selling point of view), venture capital investments and financing of operations.

She has experience in the implementation and training of criminal risk prevention programmes (compliance) in listed companies, ManCos, venture capital management companies, companies owned by venture capital funds, private universities, financial institutions, etc. (We can accredit this experience).
