Personal Data Protection Policy
In compliance with the Data Protection Act 15/1999, dated 13 December, and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, ILP ABOGADOS (ILP SERVICIOS LEGALES ESPAÑA S.L.) hereinafter referred to as ILP) reports the following:
Collection, purpose and processing of data
ILP has the duty to inform the USERS of its Website about the collection of their personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an e-mail, by completing the forms included in the Website itself or by registering for personalized services. In this sense, ILP will be held as controller for the data collected through the means described above.
In the same terms, ILP informs the USERS that the purpose of the processing of the data collected includes: the attention of requests made by the USERS, the inclusion in the agenda of contacts, the provision of services, the management of the commercial relationship and other purposes.
The operations, formalities and technical procedures carried out in an automated or non-automated manner and that make possible the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data, are considered processing of personal data. All personal data collected through the ILP Website, and therefore considered to be personal data processing, will be incorporated into an internal record of ILP’ processing activities.
ILP, being responsible for handling the data, will adopt the technical and organizational measures required to guarantee the security of the personal data provided, preventing their unauthorized alteration, loss, manipulation or access.
Disclosure of information to third parties
ILP informs USERS that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except when such transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with a processor. In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third party will only take place when ILP has the express consent of the USER.
Confidentiality
The personal data collected by ILP through the Website or through the different communications that are maintained with the USER will be treated confidentially, and ILP undertakes to keep them secret in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Third-Party Sites
In the event that the Website contains links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, ILP shall not exercise any control over such sites and content. In no event shall ILP assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to any other Website, nor shall ILP guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, validity and legality of any material or information contained in any such hyperlink or other Internet site. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections does not imply any type of association, merger or participation with the connected entities.
Rights of the Data Subject/User
The purpose of the Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 is to guarantee and protect, with respect to the processing of personal data, the public freedoms and fundamental rights of individuals, and especially their personal honour and privacy.
The measures to guarantee this protection include the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, erasure, restriction and portability of personal data:
- The right of access to a copy of the information comprised in their personal data
- The right to receive the personal data of their concern
- The right in certain circumstances to have inaccurate personal data rectified, blocked, erased, restricted or destroyed
- The right to block, erase, restrict or destroy their personal data
How can I exercise my Personal Data Protection Rights?
The USER may exercise their rights to access data, rectification, cancellation, opposition, erasure, restriction and data portability by following these instructions:

- Once received the form and the corresponding accreditation we will attend your request within the deadlines established by law
Modification and duration of this Policy
ILP may at any time modify the Personal Data Protection Policy set forth herein by publishing it as it appears here. The validity of the aforementioned Policy will depend on its exposure and will remain in force until it is modified by other duly published policies.
