Degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid – 2000.

LLM 2010 – 2011 University of Minnesota.

Master in Bankruptcy Law 2012 Fundación de Derecho Concursal.

In the commercial field, he holds the position of Secretary, Deputy Secretary and legal advisor of several companies, in terms of the procedural aspects, he also leads the legal direction of numerous judicial, civil, commercial and bankruptcy proceedings (also as Bankruptcy Administrator), throughout the country.

He assists Spanish companies in the process of expanding their business beyond our borders, especially in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Likewise, he works with our foreign clients, defending their interests by doing business in Spain.

He represents the firm in the International Alliance founded by the firm in 2001, ILFA E-Iure and in the International Section of the American Bar Association.
