She holds a degree in Marketing and International Business from the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente (Colombia), together with a specialisation in Strategic Brand Communication. She also holds a Master’s in Neuromarketing and Consumer Behaviour from the Complutense University of Madrid, applying user analysis as a pillar of business growth.
Over more than eight years, she has successfully led acquisition and loyalty plans across various sectors, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that profitability targets (ROI) are met. She has solid experience in lead generation, process automation and content optimisation.
At ILP Abogados, she leads corporate communication comprehensively and autonomously, consolidating the firm’s digital authority. She has centralised and unified the visual identity through the creation of the Brand Manual, and leads the layout of highly technical regulatory documents, premium presentations and infographics. She also directs the firm’s audiovisual production, integrating generative AI tools with strategic editing to optimise resources.
Her current work focuses on generating qualified leads for the legal practice through webinar series, the firm’s SEO and GEO positioning, the management and optimisation of the new web platform, and the strategic direction of new formats such as the corporate podcast.
