Ignacio Sánchez-Asiain

Ignacio is a lawyer specialising in Spanish and European financial regulation, with more than eight years of experience advising companies in the financial and technology sectors within a constantly evolving regulatory environment. A law graduate from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia Comillas), he has built a practice focused on the areas where financial regulation and innovation converge.

His work ranges from advising on securities markets, payment services and crypto-assets to supporting clients through authorisation processes, the structuring of financial products, and regulatory compliance before supervisors such as the CNMV or the Bank of Spain.
