Juan Pablo Escobar

Lawyer specialising in financial regulatory law, national and international regulatory compliance, and new technologies.

Law graduate from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, with an emphasis on international law, and Master of Access to the Legal Profession from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

During his academic years, he served as student representative at the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences, participating in the 12th and 13th National Congresses of Law Students as a university delegate.

He has experience as an external legal consultant, focused on immigration, naturalisation and claims in administrative and judicial review proceedings. In addition, he has led back-office and human resources management in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing efficient solutions in dynamic environments.

Currently, he works as in-house legal counsel at a Collective Investment Scheme Management Company (SGIIC), where he advises on regulatory compliance and financial regulatory law, combining legal and technological expertise.
