Three decades of presence in the cases that matter
We advise more than 150 companies in their day-to-day commercial and contractual matters. We have participated in over 100 M&A transactions between 2022 and 2025 alone, and have acted as insolvency administrators in 30 insolvency proceedings over the past seven years.
Our debt recovery department manages over 800 judicial proceedings and 200 out-of-court matters, with processed debt of €38 million and a recovery rate of 42.6%.
We also serve as non-board-member secretaries of the board of directors for 35 companies in sectors as diverse as biotechnology, private education, venture capital and media.
