Partner since 2010. Before joining the firm, her career was linked to three law firms specialising in civil and commercial litigation.

Lead lawyer in over 250 unique court and arbitration proceedings, particularly (this list is not exhaustive) in the following matters:

Co-head of the debt recovery and portfolio management department, having implemented a dedicated department in 2011 representing the interests of national and multinational companies, mainly B2B and B2C, managing an average of 3,000 court proceedings and approximately 40 million euros in debt.

Head of the banking and finance law department. Implemented in 2014, representing the country’s leading financial institutions in over 5,000 court proceedings, and in collaboration with other professionals in the sector, defending claims related to banking products (shares/preference shares/bonds) and unfair standard terms (floor clauses/mortgage costs/multi-currency mortgages).
