Sara Torró

Law graduate from the Catholic University of Valencia.

Master’s degree in Legal Practice and Master’s degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues. She has passed the bar exam and holds the qualifying title to practice law.

She has experience in commercial law, handling corporate secretarial work, legal and administrative procedures, private and notarial documents, adaptation of foreign contracts to Spanish legislation, restructuring, and incorporation, dissolution and winding-up of companies.

In real estate law, she has experience in legal assistance in the purchase and sale of real estate assets, review of documentation required for anti-money laundering compliance, cooperation in horizontal property division, capital gains management and mortgage cancellations.
